Next Den Meeting

Our next meeting will be held this Saturday (3-29-08) at 10:00 am. We will be meeting at the LDS Church Building on Wasatch Drive.

The Den Leadership has set this day aside to work on badge advancement, so each leader will be presenting a lecture that will go towards helping our scouts earn their Bobcat, Wolf and Bear ranks.

ADL L.W. will be teaching our Bears.
ADL M.F. will be helping our new scouts learn the Bobcat basics.
DL T.Z. will be holding a class for the Wolves.

It is our hope that regularly scheduled training days will help push our guys towards earning their ranks.
But as always, we leaders can't do it all! :-(

Parents, please take the time to thumb through your child's Cub Scout Handbook and help them complete the achievements required for badge advancement. And for Pete's sake, once you've completed an achievement, report it to the Den Leader so he can update your Cub's records!

Together, the Den Parents and Den Leadership can help our Cubs make the grade and get their badges!

Pack Meeting 12-14-2007

Our last Pack Meeting was a great success.

The Cubmaster had the boys playing games, solving puzzles and singing songs.
Our guys (M.D., S.W. and A.H.) did a great job acting as colorguard. And the awards were terrific. All our boys got something!

To top it all off, two of our Cubs were awarded their Wolf Badges through a knightly induction ceremony conducted by the Cubmaster. I hope its an experience that all our boys can share. Congratulations to C.L. and V.Z. for their entry into the Order of the Wolf!


Well, back on task!
Our next Den Meeting is going to be this Saturday, December 22nd at the LDS building on Wasatch Drive. The time will be 10:00 am.
We'll be playing Broomball again, so everyone be sure to dress for activity and for goodness sake, bring a broom!

Parents, Siblings and Friends are also invited. The more, the merrier!

Walking the Wolf Trail #1

Cubs,

At our next meeting (Friday, August 17 at 6 pm) we will be wrapping up the requirements for Achievement #3 in the Wolf Handbook (pg. 56).

I hope you boys have been filling out the Healthy Habits form handed out by the Cubmaster at the last Pack Meeting. If not, then get to it! The more Achievements you complete, the closer you are to the Wolf Badge!

If you've lost or never received your Healthy Habits form, the Cubmaster will have copies to pass out on Friday.

Keep walking the Wolf Trail. Don't give up!!!
